Attached townhouses on a mid block site on the south side of Maclean Street. Lot backs onto Berrien Court and is paved outside of the building foorprint.

Description

Recent construction (20 years +-) attached two story townhouses in a traditional style with forward facing gables of varying sizes and gabled front porches with stairs at each entry.

History

The rowhouse on the property was constructed c. 2000. An earlier house on the property appears on the historic map of 1875 and later maps and aerials. It was removed in preparation for the current building block (c. 2000).
