History

The property was the location of a historic house that was built c. 1900. The house first appears on the Sanborn atlas of 1902 and appears on all subsequent Sanborn atlases up to 1918 and then on the Franklin Survey atlas of 1930. The property had mature trees in the mid 20th century, and it is difficult to say with certainty how late the house was standing; the property appears to be vacant on all aerials beginning with 1940.
