The house on this lot, completed in 2015, takes up nearly the entire south end of its lot (it faces south onto Lytle) and thus there is no property setting. It is located on a heavily shaded section of the street.

Description

The original house here looked similar to the adjacent one at 3-5 Lytle Street. The current house is a 3-story, "Second Empire" house in a very eclectic form. It has a projecting bay on the 2nd floor which extends over a 1-car garage. It is a noncontributing resource.
