DESCRIPTION

Setting

This property is located on south side of Leigh with eastern (older) section with house approximately 10' from sidewalk. Newer western wing has parking for cars between it and sidewalk. Property is landscapes with shade trees and shrubs.

Description

This property contains a house constructed c. 1920 and a c. 1990 addition. The older section is a front end gabled, 2-story section; the newer section is a narrow 2-story wing off the west side of the core and accommodates a driveway in front. A large, semi-enclosed porch stretches around the front and partial west side of core. Building is clad in stained clapboard with new fenestration in core and clearstory windows in addition.
