DESCRIPTION

Setting

This large lot contains a new multi-unit housing complex in a single building. The lot contains young trees with no mature trees along the street in this location. Set off the sidewalk by approximately 12', the property is heavily landscaped between the 5 units of steps. The end gables pick up on the gabled faced buildings near the western end of the avenue.
