This property is located on the north side of Leigh Avenue near the center of the block between the intersections with Race Street and Bayard Lane. Leigh Avenue is a residential street with a tree-lined sidewalk on each side, though this property is the westernmost property with trees along the sidewalk. The property is a parking lot.

History

Historic maps and aerials show a vacant lot in this location up to the Sanborn Atlas of 1918. A large T-shaped building was constructed on the parcel by the time of the historic aerial of 1940. This building last appears on the historic aerial of 1947. The property has been used as a parking lot for the past 60 years.
