DESCRIPTION

Setting

This property is located on the south side of Birch Avenue west of the intersection with Race Street. Birch Avenue is a residential street with a tree-lined sidewalk on each side. Parking is located on a drive running along each side of the building.

Description

The property contains an irregularly-shaped modern house. It is a 2-story building with a cross gable on the main elevation and unusual half-gables on the sides. The walls are frame, clad with vinyl. The main (north) elevation consists of a jettied second floor over a 3-panel bay on the first floor. The building is entered from the rear; no doors are visible from the street.
